The Committeemen and women of our 130 precincts work to promote the Republican Party Platform. We support the challenges and rewards of the free enterprise system. Recognizing that every dollar spent on government comes from the private sector, we believe that government should be as local and inexpensive as possible and that the United States is indeed the best hope for mankind and should be defended at all cost. The basic human values of respect, equal treatment, freedom of speech and religion, and protection under the law are universal and should be promoted as part of a foreign policy which seeks a more peaceful world. We work hard for a better business climate in Illinois.
Locally we encourage activity in the political and electoral process by meeting with, evaluating and promoting candidates at all levels of government. We work to educate ourselves and our neighbors as to the activities, policies and programs of the agencies that impact our lives. And finally, we invite like-minded individuals to join our ranks to help keep our country free and prosperous.
College of DuPage and Wheaton College are based in our township, plus three of the County Forest Preserves and a portion of the Morton Arboretum.
